Dr. Bailey was raised in the Klamath Basin and attended Henley high school graduating in 2004. He is a graduate of Oregon Health & Sciences University School of dentistry. He is a member of the American dental association and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Bailey and his wife Alisa have four children.
